Hayterdale Trails wants everyone who visits to have a great, fun and memorable stay. To help with this we have created a code of conduct that we follow and would like our guests to read and adhere to. We are all in this together, if everyone is kind and respectful to each other and the environment Hayterdale Trails will remain a home away from home for everyone.
HAYTERDALE TRAILS CODE OF CONDUCT
- Always be kind and respectful to staff and fellow guests/participants.
- Strong language, offensive terms and racial discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Please respect private property and to protocols put forward by staff.
- Please respect and adhere to all notice boards and symbol signs.
- Do not damage any Hayterdale property such as notice boards, boundary markers and fencing.
- Please make use of approved routes, trails and tracks only from sunrise to sunset only, notice must be given to Hayterdale Trails if you intend to do otherwise.
- Do not litter.
- There will be no interfering or defacing any vegetation and wildlife.
- Smoking and disposing of any tobacco products will not be permitted.
- Do not light fires at on the trail.
- Feeding of wildlife is not permitted under any circumstance.
- Hunting of any wildlife is not permitted.
- Any observation of damaged property or unauthorized behaviour must be reported to a Hayterdale staff member.
- Any behaviour that goes against this code of conduct will be met with the appropriate sanctions which could range from fines to bans.
- Hayterdale Trails reserves the right to amend this Code of Conduct at any time and it is the responsibility of the guest to keep updated.
